What we read

Read only. We never create, change or delete anything in your software, and everything above is a count, a grouping or a sum.

How access works

You generate a key in your own account and paste it in. We store it encrypted and only ever read with it.

Getting your credentials

1. Contact FieldRoutes support and ask for your API Auth Key and Auth Token. They generate both and send them to you.
2. Note your subdomain: the part before .fieldroutes.com in your login URL.
3. If you have multiple offices, ask for the office IDs too. Each office is added as its own connection so you can report on them separately.

Worth knowing

FieldRoutes allows 3,000 reads a day and 60 a minute per key, which is per office. We stay well inside that with a standing daily cap on every connection.

Confirmed against a live account on 2026-07-27. Providers do change their settings screens, so if something does not match what you see, tell us and we will correct it.

We do not charge per integration. No connector costs extra, and building a new one is never billed to the client who asked for it. Your plan sets how many you can connect at once, not which ones you are allowed to have.
