Roadmap

What we are building, in the order we intend to build it. Quarters are our plan, not a promise: if something slips we would rather move it here than quietly leave it listed.

Q3 2026

Make every number on the screen one you can defend in a meeting.

Inspections no longer counted as completed stopsShipped

If you have told us a service type is not a stop, it is now excluded from stop counts, on-time rate and reservices everywhere: dashboard, tech stats, and your PDF reports. Revenue still includes that work, because an invoiced inspection is real money.

Honest integration statusShipped

Every platform now shows whether it is live, in testing, or on request, and the same answer appears everywhere. Previously a platform could read as connected and quietly deliver nothing.

KPI targets by team and by personBuilding now

Set one company target and override it only where it differs, for a crew or an individual. Cards colour against the target, and a target you set as a ceiling behaves like one.

Scheduled overnight sync, per companyBuilding now

Your data refreshes on a schedule you control, with a per-connection daily limit so a pull can never run up your software vendor's API bill.

Q4 2026

Cover where the work comes from, not just what happened to it.

Meta lead adsNext up

Lead volume, source and cost per lead from Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, alongside the jobs they turned into. We read that a lead form was submitted without reading what was typed into it.

Integration access pagesNext up

For any platform we do not read yet, a page telling you exactly what its API access requires: whether a plan upgrade is needed, where to generate credentials, and which permissions to grant.

Your logo on your reportsNext up

Client-branded PDF reports, so what you forward to your team looks like it came from you.

The six field service connectors in testingBuilding now

Housecall Pro, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, RingCentral, CallRail and Samsara can authenticate today but do not yet fill a dashboard. Finishing and proving those pulls.

2027 and beyond

Reduce the wait between asking for an integration and having one.

Assisted connector researchExploring

When you name software we do not support, we research its API, work out what access it needs, and build the connector. Every result is reviewed by a person before it reaches anyone's dashboard.

Want something that is not here, or need one of these sooner? Tell us. What customers actually ask for is what moves up this page.
